As we move towards the end of the year, we are seeing familiar patterns in the Western Washington housing market. The school year has started and we are in the holiday season, this means we have less buyers looking to actively move. Sellers are also less likely to list their homes during this time for the same reason. Some positives of this climate are that the buyers shopping have less competition for the properties they put offers in on, and sellers have less competition for listings. You’ll see that this help level out housing prices, while the market activity has reduced it endures.
