Virtual or In-person training is a requirement to have a license, but I go above and beyond to stay-to-date about everything from financing to title and escrow.

How do I know if I’m qualified?
The first step of getting qualified is talking to a qualified expert about what your options are.
Do I need money for a down payment?
There are Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs available, your financial expert should be able to figure out what you qualify for, and what will benefit your monthly payments.
What do you do?
As your Real Estate agent, I help to address concerns, set expectations, educate and support my clients through their home buying or selling process.
How much does it cost?
You will want to factor in inspection, appraisal and closing costs. Other costs can usually be divvied up at closing.
How long does it take?
If every person is ready to go with all their documents, it could take as little as 2 weeks, but typically things can take e 30-90 days.
